CL LM C 1 is Carden Lighting's LED strip light for warehouses, shops and parking structures. It surface-mounts to the ceiling or hangs from the 1 m suspension kit, and handles continuous runs over rack aisles, work lines and circulation areas. Available in 2, 4 and 8 ft, with field-selectable wattage (25/20/15 W, 50/40/30 W and 80/70/60 W), color temperature selectable among 3500, 4000 and 5000 K, up to 10,613 lm on the 8 ft version, efficacy up to 133 lm/W, 120–277 V (also 120–277/347 V) and 0-10 V dim-to-off. DLC 5.1 Standard listed, 5-year warranty. Accepts occupancy sensor, microwave sensor, remote control, networked wireless control version and an 8 W / 90 min emergency battery on the 4 ft and 8 ft lengths. Carden manufactures: length, wattage and color temperature are set per project.

Where it's used

Light industrial facilities, warehouses and distribution centers: the product's natural use. Channel runs over shelving aisles, packing zones and loading docks are handled with the 4 and 8 ft lengths, which let you draw continuous lines following the rack geometry. Wattage selectable on site adjusts the level between aisle and work zone without changing the fixture.Workshops, service areas and machine rooms: general lighting for workbenches, maintenance and technical circulation, where the surface-mount channel is the traditional format and the ceiling is usually exposed structure. Direct or suspended mounting with the 1 m kit adapts to the available height.Covered parking and basements: runs over parking spaces and vehicle aisles. CL LM C 1 is the family's first 120-277 V model and the first that is a standalone channel fixture rather than a system module.Compared with CL RTM 1 (magnetic retrofit kit): the kit converts an existing troffer; this channel is the new fixture. They are quoted together on the same project when part of the installed base is converted and part is replaced.Compared with CL LR (recessed linear) and CL TRF (troffer): those go inside the ceiling; this one mounts on the ceiling surface or is suspended, which is what an industrial facility or workshop without a drop ceiling needs.The 120–277 V range is the one used in the Mexican market, unlike the rest of the LM family (European 220-240 V): this line can be specified directly on projects in Mexico.
